CANCELATION POLICY
ALL cancellations received
- Prior to 60 days 25%of deposit will be retained.
- Prior to 30 days 50% of deposit will be retained.
- Less than 30 days 100% of deposit will be retained.
- For short stays made during High or Peak periods – full payment will be requested. * Short stay – deemed as 1 or 2 night occupancy.
- Non arrivals during High or Peak periods will be held responsible for the full amount.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation Avatara levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R195 charge will be levied.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Kindly note that any losses caused due to theft or malicious damage may be charged to the guest’s account after check out. Avatara is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
Kindly advise of your arrival times, check in no later than 16h00, otherwise deemed as a “no show”, unless pre-arranged.
